DIET & LIFESTYLE
First and foremost we have to take a look under the hood. It has probably taken many of us decades to accumulate the dis-ease we feel. The food we eat whether we like it or not plays an integral role in how we feel overall. Add in the lifestyle components of stress, sleep, work. Our bodies are trying to communicate with us, and I will teach you how to tune in and listen.
Balance
We live in a non-stop, 24/7, more is better minded world. It takes conscious effort to pull back and maintain balance. Balance in all things; diet, relationships, work life, hobbies. Using a circle of life tool, working together we will establish areas that are out of balance and need our attention.
Course correction
There are many free tools to get us back on track toward a sustainable, balanced, healthy life. But sometimes temporary course correction is necessary to get us feeling well again, sooner. To correct course, you need tools, knowledge, and resources. I’ll equip you with all of these so you are your own best advocate.
